As a first step in the company registration process, you need to select the appropriate legal structure for your business.
In the next stage, you will complete our online company incorporation questionnaire and provide basic information about the planned company.
At this stage, the shareholders provide the necessary documentation for incorporation. Depending on the structure of the company, this may include identification documents of individual shareholders or corporate documents of a foreign parent company. Foreign documents usually require an Apostille and certified translation into Polish.
Once the documentation is prepared, the incorporation application is submitted to the Polish National Court Register (KRS). The filing is completed electronically through the appropriate court system.
After the articles of association are signed, the company appoints its corporate bodies, including members of the management board and, where required, the supervisory board.
At this stage, a corporate bank account is opened to enable the company to handle financial transactions and operational payments.
Once the registration is completed and all post-registration formalities are fulfilled, the company may commence its business activities in Poland.
